Antic Banquet Festival - 12 -14 Sept 08

The Antic Establishment ; myself and 6 other creative professionals created and delivered our very own community led music, arts and eating festival for 500.

The festival was kindly hosted by Bridget and Nigel Carey on their organic farm near Great Witchingham, Norfolk. Taking place for three nights and two days there was an expanse of workshops, craft projects, music, talks by Greenpeace, drinking and on Sunday a banquet for all attendees! We worked in collaboration with some fantastic crews including Bigtopmarquees, Cafe Cairo, Cafe Coyote, Muddy Productions, the Rainbow Collective, Fun Fed and many more. Thank you so much for all your full blown help, creative genius and support!

I was responsible for designing, installing, building and breakdown of the entire decor and creative installation of the site visuals. I worked in partnership with Clemmie James and a team of 12+ decor assistants. I was also responsible for programming all workshops, walkabout performances and managing relationships with contractors and collaborators.

The festival was the highlight of Antic Establishments summer schedule, and we are currently planning our 2009 activities.
